Debra moved to the Mountain View area in the summer of 2018 from Odessa. Having recent experience in selling her own home and shopping for a new one, has giving her an edge on how stressful the process can be. She will go out of her way to make the process as smooth as possible.
She has owned her own company (non- real estate related) for seven years and has been an office manager for an oil company for the last fifteen years.
She currently resides in the Ozark National Forest area and would love to show you the beauty and tranquility that this area has to offer. Looking forward to serving all your real estate needs.
I am a native of Stone County and have been a licensed agent since 1996. I was a fee appraiser before working real estate full time and also worked for 21 years for the State of Arkansas Health Department. With the knowledge of the area and its history, as well as a back ground in appraisal and government work, I will be able to assist you in finding that perfect property or helping you to sell the property you already have. I have one daughter, Hannah. She and I live in the middle of the National Forest near the small town of Fifty Six. When I am not involved in real estate I enjoy my small farm which I share with my horses and dogs. If I am away from home it is most likely that I am at a rodeo with my daughter. I look forward to helping with your real estate needs and making a new friend.
Hannah has been nipping at the real estate world’s heels since she could walk. The broker of the company is her Mother and has been a licensed agent since 1996. She grew up showing property on weekends and long summer days and by age 5 could zip through a house, turning on all the lights, and getting it ready for customers to view. You could say it runs in the family. She would love to help you in your search for finding a new place to call home. Mountain View and Stone County have so much to offer! In her spare time she enjoys going to rodeos all over Arkansas and surrounding states. She ropes and run barrels, has a few Corriente cows, and 3 dogs, which make up the other half of her family. She is currently a member of the International Professional Rodeo Association, Arkansas Cowboys Association, Arkansas Family Rodeo Association, and the American Quarter Horse Association. She specializes in selling Farms and Ranches but this lady can do it all! Give her a call today! 870-213-5588
